Heidi's Fitness Secrets

The Hills star shows Us how she achieved her sexy body in exclusive behind the scenes footage from an Us Weekly photo shoot.

When walking and occasional boxing weren’t giving Heidi Montag the “dancer’s body” she desired, she called L.A. trainer John Damon. Three months and six weekly hour-plus gym dates per week later, Montag says in the new issue of Us Weekly, “I’m more lean and my muscles are defined!”
