Lauren Conrad's ex sat down with E! exclusively on camera at his Hollywood home Thursday morning to talk about Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's claims that Jason made a sex tape with Lauren Conrad and then threatened to sell it. Speidi had also challenged L.C. to take a lie-detector test.
Wahler told E! there never was a sex tape, that he would take a lie detector to prove there is no sex tape and that Spencer needs to "get a life."

Way to go Jason! Its cool that he's always going to stick up for LC. No one believes Heidi and Spencer. They can keep rattling on and on about a sex tape, but no one cares about it anymore or those two for that matter.

Jason is a chronic drug user (he was in rehab the FIRST time at age 16!!), add to that his binge drinking, his insane temper, his inability to tell the truth and his inability to stay faithful and you have one guy you want to avoid at all costs. And lest we forget he's completely racist to boot! I'm sorry to be harsh but lets not romaticize him. The facts speak volumes...

Also, like Spencer or whoever pointed out, Jason only speaks about the tape in the present tense, meaning although it may not exist right now, it may have at some point. Heidi says she tried to help Lauren get the tape back for a whole year! And when that didn't work, Lauren's parents had to call Jason's parents and either paid them off or had them stop Jason from selling it.

if you can also remember heidi said that she was in the hospital and knew nothing about the sex tape until she got out. then she also says that she knew about it for about a year and was trying to help lauren get the tape back.
