Keeping It Remedial With Stephanie Pratt

As if you weren’t convinced already that The Hills isn’t exactly pure reality television, here’s another lesson for ya.

Stephanie Pratt says she’s being forced by show creator and executive producer Adam Divello to go to school for the camera.

“They’re making me take summer classes,” the 21-year-old Pratt said at last night’s Target & Converse Movie Awards party at the Lot in West Hollywood.

“I was like, ‘Adam, I don’t ever take summer classes.’ He’s like, ‘Well, you’re going to.’”

Wonder if she has to stay in on school nights. Yeah, right!

  3. i dunno, could she be saying this to show even more how "staged" this show really is....so maybe things about Spencer and Heidi are what they seem?

then again i could be looking into something that isnt there because right now there are tons of people coming out sayin how "real" this "reality" show actually is.

(needless to say i think that goes for most "reality" tv shows.

  4. i wish they would stop staging things already, they're obviously making stephanie to go school so that she and lauren can bump into each other and have a school "connection". When is enough, enough?

  5. I think that there are a lot of stagings when it comes to this show.

I think it used to be a lot more "real" then it is today.

  6. I don't know what she's complaining about. I'm sure she doesn't actually have to work her ass off in the class.

the point is it's not something she'd normally be doing, how real is this reality show if they're not filming REAL things? i'm a big fan of the show but i would love if they would stop staging things..

  8. I don't know what she's complaining about. I'm sure she only goes to the class when they feel like filming a scene there. Plus I'm sure she's not doing any acutal work/homework for the class.

Seriously, is it cutting too much into her usual day of doing nothing but eating, primping, and gossiping about "drama"?
