The two Hills hotties were spotted having a girls’ night out last night, enjoying a shopping romp around The Grove in Los Angeles, California.
Spencer’s little sis looked cute in a yellow halter-style sundress with a pair of leather strappy sandals as she carried her blue cardigan sweater.
Meanwhile Miss Conrad did her own fashion thing, sporting a white screenprinted tank top with a pair of Lindsay Lohan-style black leggings and a pair of sandals.

i just have to say that lauren has probably the worst style for someone going to school for fashion and has her own "line" she doesnt know how to dress and she is she so boring. ALL the other girls, Heidi, audrina, whitney and even stephanie dress way cuter then lauren.

the way people rag on lauren for being in fashion is hysterical. i personally dont always agree with what any of these girls wear. but if you look at some stylist they dont always look their best either and their since of stly doesnt always seem that up to par, so lauren is fitting in with the rest of them.
ReplyDelete^She should get ragged on for being in fashion. Her clothing line, which is where her flair in fashion should show, is very lacking as well. I mean, some of the stuff is cute, but it looks like stuff I would have found in Forever 21. Like I said earlier, for someone who's life/career revolves around fashion, she's very lacking (with what she wears AND with the clothing she designs). There are much more deserving designers out there trying to make it in the industry. It kinda sucks that someone with mediocre talent, at best, is in her position. It sucks even more that she still gets all these accolades from people who think she has talent.

ReplyDeleteI don't think she gets much praise for her talent. Maybe from fansites, but it seems like for the most part she's been critically panned.
ReplyDeleteI understand its her dream, but I've never really understood why she was considered a fashionista, especially when she was in high school where I thought she looked like any other high schooler who had money. In fact, she dressed kind of boring. At least she's stepped it up now, but most college girls seem more up on the trends than Lauren. I'm always a little puzzled that she seems to get in on the trail end of fashion trends - like the skinny jeans and only now the high waisted pants (who's heyday was really last year).
I do like Lauren's style for the most part, but frankly the girl down the hall from me dresses a lot cuter for probably a lot less.
considering she's like 22 years old and hasnt had a lot of experience except for a few classes, i give it up to her for having anything. it's unfortunate that there probably are a lot more people with more talent but they didnt get their own show.
