I don't think her boobs look low...they're just big. They'd look worse if they were much higher up IMO (think Victoria Beckham).
I do agree though that they looked much better before. Is this her second surgery? I always thought that she had had "enhancements" before but she still looked okay. I really think she should take these implants out...I'm not against implants per sey, but these are too big and she does look kind of stripper-ish.
But going by her dress choice (way too revealing IMO) I'm guessing that she thinks they look good.

Yknow, I remember back in the day when Heidi first got her boobs done, she defended herself by saying that all the other Hills girls had had plastic surgery done as well. All the other girls countered that they never did, though now it's obvious that Audrina was lying (even back then). I wonder if Lauren was lying too?
I think Audrina was lying to save face even though it was obvious back then that her breasts weren't real. Given the fact that Lauren has been on tv now for more than four years, I think we would have noticed if she had work done to her her face or body. I don't know about Whitney because I'm not sure what she looked like before.
