After Lauren Conrad was grilled by Dave Letterman Monday night on his show (the clip's above for your enjoyment), she spent time with a guy who's nicer to her: My Boys actor, makeout partner and supposed boyfriend Kyle Howard.
The duo hit Buddakan around 8:30 that night, but they only had apps for dinner. Unlike their recent PDA session in front of the paps in Malibu, L.C. and Kyle kept their hands to themselves at the trendy eatery.
After eating, the twosome hit the bar upstairs for drinks. After being put on the hot seat by Dave, can't really blame the girl for wanting a cocktail.

I think letterman wasn't mean. It s true that it is a little bit pathetic to watch the whole lauren/heidi catfight + brody is working on a show called 'bromance'? like what the hell is that , a real job? Lauren is sweet and all but she doesnt seem very smart very cultivated so the conversation with dave cannot go very far from the speidi issue. Btw the hills are so over. Whitneys show seems to be great can't wait for that!
