my point was just that all of these girls probably have makeup on all the time. if they look "natural"... it just means they have natural-looking makeup on.
that's not a knock on either of them- when you're famous, you have to always be prepared to be photographed. but I can see how you would think lauren looks more "made-up" than kristin.
unfortunately for kristin, I think she's probably too short for most types of modeling. even 5'7" is on the short side for models, and I'm not sure she's even that tall.

Kristin is nowhere near flabby. She has a really nice body. There is a different standard for posing for swimwear though, thus the few toning comments including mine. That said, she looks great and again, I'd trade bodies with her in a heartbeat
TBH, I have her body minus the big boobs though. :) And i agree, she could be more toned in the tummy area. But she has a real girls' body and not some Victoria Secret model. I think she looks great. Now, can we please see her doing something else though?

I agree with whoever said that for a normal girl, she has a fantastic body. once you start comparing her to models though, you have to remember that their bodies get absolutely picked apart. it's a pretty brutal industry.

It's happened to me multiple times too, everyone ganging up on me just because I like Kristin. It seems like Lauren fans' self-esteem really hinge on what people think of Lauren, which is HIGHLY disturbing. Everyone does have a right to their own opinions. I think the problems arise when people start talking about having insecurities because you dont like someone, and this is from Lauren and Kristin fans who will do this.

Which is fine by itself, but the problem was that you wrote this on an Audrina and Whitney post. Kristin wasn't even mentioned on it at all. and kristin's beautiful, I've never said otherwise. which girl looks better in a bikini is really more personal preference- kristin has a bigger chest, and lauren has a more toned stomach (at least, she did the last time I saw her in a swimsuit, which may have been LB3). but you'd have to be either blind or hopelessly biased to call either of them "flawless".

They airbrushed the hell out of the Douglas Bizarro swimsuit photoshoot and now I know why. Kristin's body is flabby. :)

Kristin is nowhere near flabby. She has a really nice body. There is a different standard for posing for swimwear though, thus the few toning comments including mine. That said, she looks great and again, I'd trade bodies with her in a heartbeat
TBH, I have her body minus the big boobs though. :) And i agree, she could be more toned in the tummy area. But she has a real girls' body and not some Victoria Secret model. I think she looks great. Now, can we please see her doing something else though?

If you weren't so biased, you'd know that these girls are the ones who make everything so personal. responding to someone doesn't mean you value their opinion- in fact, it often means their argument is just easy to counter.
and since you ignored the actual point of my post, regarding swimsuit modeling and being "physically flawless", I think we're done here. I'm not going to waste my time arguing with someone who can't stay focused on the topic we were actually discussing.
I agree with whoever said that for a normal girl, she has a fantastic body. once you start comparing her to models though, you have to remember that their bodies get absolutely picked apart. it's a pretty brutal industry.
She's a cute girl, but she's a typical looking girl. I mean I see people who look like her all the time on the beach. I think that's why people like her, you can relate to her cause she is a regular chick. Atleast that's why I like her. :-)

I did a search on imdb since someone in an earlier post was asking when Kristin's movies would hit the theatres, Spring Breakdown is being released next year - March 2008 - unfortunately, I didn't see any release dates for Fingerprints (other than the few horror fests it played at in October of last year)

It's happened to me multiple times too, everyone ganging up on me just because I like Kristin. It seems like Lauren fans' self-esteem really hinge on what people think of Lauren, which is HIGHLY disturbing. That's why whenever someone says something that isn't pro-Lauren, they get so personal and nasty.
Whenever Kristin's haters rag on her, Kristin fans are secure enough to know that it's just because they are jealous and so we don't start calling people names. Lauren fans go crazy and have a meltdown when they read something they don't like.
But come on, Kristin just looks way better and has a better body. And you guys can celebrate Lauren for being so 'relatable' since she's got bad guy-issues which it seems like many of you can relate to. Kristin is the hot one and Lauren is the relatable one. That's all.

Everyone does have a right to their own opinions. I think the problems arise when people start talking about having insecurities because you dont like someone, and this is from Lauren and Kristin fans who will do this.
Some of the post that I read seem to be egging things on for a confrontation. And the best thing to do is not answer to it. It's when people start replying to them that we end up with a long list of bashing. And though it may seem funny and entertaining sooner or later we may lose our abilites to comment.

On one of my post where I wrote of how beautiful Kristin was, you wrote something about 'hero-worship issues'. Why couldn't you just let my opinion be? YOU are the one bothered by an opinion that isn't the same as yours so you respond with a cheap shot. MY observation is that the reason why a lot of people can't stand my opinion is because they don't like Kristin or are jealous of her. I agree with allie. I've noticed that the comments 11lberkat posts and sometimes kristinrules almost always insinuates that people who don't like Kristin must be insecure, ugly, fat, etc. And they claim they never insult anyone, or make it personal. Right... I agree with babybluecsumb that they seem to be egging things on. And they wonder why we respond back.
I also don't like the use of labels, i.e. "Lauren Fan" or "Kristin Fan". I like both, so what does that make me? There is no feud between them, so why the need to compare?

Which is fine by itself, but the problem was that you wrote this on an Audrina and Whitney post. Kristin wasn't even mentioned on it at all. You do this for practically every post even if its not about Kristin and other people have noticed. No offense, but some of the comments you write are creepy and you compare Kristin to practically everyone even though there is no need to. This is the reason why people think you have "hero-worship" issues and peeved in general that you bring comments up like that on a Lauren, Audrina, Whitney and even Heidi posts because it only starts fights. Wow, you should really see yourselves from the outside, because it is quite ridiculous. I think a lot of people can handle the situation really well, like Tessa and Allie, and I'm not saying this because I'm a crazy Lauren fan, because I'm not, but 11lbercat you are unbelievable:)you speak of Kristin like she is the second coming of Jesus. They are both pretty girls, but nothing more. Neither of them is flawless or perfect and they still have a lot of things to do to establish themselves as stars or whatever. They are just B-list reality stars who are entertaining to watch, but nothing more. They could have a great carrier though, only time will tell. But it is really childish to worship somebody for nothing actually, and accuse others of being insecure and jealous if they do not feel the same. We are all here to get the latest news and share our opinions about them, but these constant pointless debates really just ruin the whole thing.

people really have a remarkable capacity for self-delusion. you can choose to interpret us disagreeing with some of your irrational hero-worship comments as being "bothered by our own securities"... but in the end, it's pretty similar to some of my guy friends who say their relationships keep falling apart because "all women are crazy". when you think the problem is everybody else, and everybody else thinks the problem is you... who's more likely to be the problem?

I think that way that you make your comments with such force and conviction makes others respond to you. You post your comments in fighting manner.
For example you can't just say that Kristin is a beautiful girl. You have to say that Kristin is the most beautiful ever created way better then Lauren or anyone can ever hope to be.
See if you just post Kristin is really pretty. Or she has amazing style or that you love her personality. Or even you can say I see why guys like her shes really hot.

my post was in response to a kristin fan (might have been you, might have been kristinrules, oh wait, you're the same person) who complained that lauren's photo shoot didn't have a "theme"... after lavishing praise on a photoshoot of kristin's which seems to have had only two themes- I shall refer to them as "T" and "A"... which is why I made a joke about it.
I realize you call people "honey" and "sweetie" in a vain attempt at condescension, but in order to successfully talk down to someone, you need to at least seem like you could potentially be more intelligent than they are. luckily for all of our fragile self-esteems, there seems to be little danger of that.

I think that most people on here started talking bad about Kristin because of the way you talk about Lauren. You act like Kristin is perfect and Lauren is Satan.
