What would they have needed to airbrush? Pimples? A fake tan? Unibrow? Fuller hair? I don't get it. If it were a full photo then I can see why they would need to airbrush. Maybe to slim certain areas. Every professional shot gets touched up to some extent. But there's no denying that those are all Lauren's natural features.
It's a good picture from far away but up close, it's a mess. It's not only airbrushed but her skin looks an odd shade of orange and her hair is a rat's nest at the bottom. She should cut that mess off. She seems to be getting less attractive as she ages which is unfortunate for her. I think she peaked back in high schoool. Still at least her hair is wavy and not flat ironed, it looks awful flat ironed.
This picture is no more airbrushed than any picture taken these days. This is her face: beautiful big blue eye, nicely shaped nose, high cheekbones and small lips and chin. People who are obsess with SPEIDI and cannot pay a compliment to another should refrain from posting negative comments.
It is airbrushed because you can't see the huge blotch over her top lip. Usually she has a horrible dark brown mustache looking thing going on. It's horrible.

I have to admit, this isn't my favorite pic of lauren. I think her face looks better front on than sideways like that... it's still pretty though.
