Hilary Duff, 19, has been single since breaking up with Joel Madden in November. But the new bikini cover model has found a new man in Laguna Beach's Talan Torriero, 20 reports Star Magazine. A report notes that when making a pit stop at Hollywood’s Hyde Lounge on July 13, "they came together and looked like they wanted to hold hands but didn’t because of the paparazzi,” a source tells Star.
Six days earlier, says an insider, the two cuddled and kissed all night” at les Deux nightclub in Hollywood another spy dished to the weekly entertainment magazine. True love? We'll give it some time.
Now Magazine is reporting that Duff has revealed she still holds a grudge against Nicole Richie for dating her boyfriend one month after they split up. She went out with Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden for two and a half years.
Then, one month later, Nicole stepped in her shoes and started dating the punk-pop rocker. The Simple Life star is now reported to be pregnant. Hilary says she's never met Nicole, but the experience was unpleasant: 'How would it be for anyone? That's all I can say. No one would be happy about it.'
Fair enough. Perhaps Talan can make her forget all that.

Talan sure gets around. First Kimberly Stewart, then Nicole from the PCD's, now Hilary.
BTW, how come in Hollywood everyone dates everyone else's ex?
I remember Lauren being critisized for this with Brody but the truth is they're all dating eachother's exes.

i was on his myspace for a while and he denied all claims of anything going on between him a hilary, and then today he deleted everyone he doesnt know know off of his normal profile which sucks i loved the videos he would post of him and his friends being stupid they were hilarious. well if its true good luck to him, she def a step up from nicole and kimberly
