I surely don't expect her to be smiling and waving and happy all the time; she is human and does have moods! And tummy touching doesn't always equal preggers. She just worked out, could be sore muscles, hungry, anything.
They seem to be genuinely caught off guard by the paps in these pics, which would probably explain why she's not smiling. Unlke most of the "candid" photos we see of Kristin I suspect that these are truly candid shots and weren't pre-orchestrated by her "photographer." In the other pics of her exiting the gym, she's usually more presentable- smiling and posing- in front of the camera. However the just jared website does not name the pap who took these pics, I say for sure whether or not these genuine candid shots.
Don't get me wrong I think Kristin is gorgeous, but her expressions in these pictures show what I think her true personality is. Half the time on LB she was complaining or whining about something. Everyone says she's always so happy, but thats only when the paparazzi are around. But she still looks cute.
