First Look: The Lauren Conrad Collection



The Hills’ Lauren Conrad has taken her reality series fame and funneled it into her actual life ambition, fashion designer. What’s really amazing about this is that the network that fueled her popularity, MTV, is also funding the creation of her fashion line. The line expects 2 million in sales this year with the 44 piece collection being sold at Madison, Fred Segal, Intermix, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdales (basically the stores that Lauren frequents).

    I like the black and white dress and the peach color of the other dress but not the cut.

    LC is getting too much attention. I fear that she maybe getting overexposed. I hope not. I am loving her collection thus far. there is at least 3 pieces that I want to get.

    Heidi is on the cover of Cosmo Girl. I remember Lauren's cover was terrible. anyway glad to see Heidi get the cover.

    LC had two covers because cosmogirl liked both. I loved the one where she was wearing the white dress. Heidi looks SCARY on the cover.

    I didn't like Lauren's cover of Cosmo because they basically took a pretty girl and ruined her picture.
    But Heidi is ugly to begin with.
    They didn;t do her any favors by putting her on the cover.
