The Hills star Lauren Conrad (in Ranahan cut-offs) takes a break from promoting her reality TV series and leaves a Midtown Manhattan building on Monday with a gal pal. She and co-star Whitney Port were spotted leaving the same building with pregnant Nicole Richie and Joel Madden earlier in the day.
What's with the short-short cut-offs? I hate to say it, this kind of looks like something Britney Spears would wear. Normally she looks good, but I'm not liking the outfit.
