Things between "The Hills" stars Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge may not be as chummy as they look on the screen. We hear that Patridge, who is roomies with Conrad, locks the door to her bedroom when she leaves their LA apartment because "she doesn't trust Lauren," according to one source. Not to mention that Patridge "gets really annoyed at Lauren's cats because they pee on her rug and on her bed." A rep for Patridge said, "This is ridiculous. Audrina loves living with Lauren."
what is this from? i find it hard to believe because audrina lives in the guest house so the cats wouldn't even have a reason to be in audrina's house and furthermore, of course audrina locks the door just like the rest of us when we leave home!
I believe it actually. They never seemed particularly chummy to me. The only reason I see them as best friends is because MTV and the show label them that way.

Did Lauren call Audrina her bf? I think that was definately played up. Lo has been her best fried, they grew up together and have always had that relationship. Audrina is someone who got on tv becaue MTV liked her look. I do beleive they get along but I wouldnt tag them as best friends.
And as far as this goes, seems like there may be some truth in it. But I dont believe it's as bad as it sounds.
I'm going to be honest, I believe it. I think Audrina has such a fake relationship with Lauren, and with all of this publicity with Audrina's nude pics and her switching management, it makes me believe that Audrina lives with Lauren for the publicity. Lauren watch out for these fake people!!!
11:16 AM, it says she locks her BEDROOM door, not the apartment door like any other person. Any other person would not have an outside lock on their BEDROOM door. That's the point they were trying to make. It's weird, but I kind of believe it. They definitely don't seem very chummy these days and haven't for a while now and you hardly ever see them out together anymore. And there's this like weird tension between them.

They always spread these rumours about Lauren and Audrina because it's more interesting of they don't get along. It's boring that they do.

I don't think that they are not friends, I just think Lauren is better friends with Lo and Lauren and Audrina being best friends was played up by MTV.
