dear god, what is whitney wearing? I want to like it, but it just falls a little short- which makes it full of fail. I could do without the Victorian hari and fetish inspired shoes. Those two just don't go together.

Whitney has a lot of misses for me, but I actually think she looks beautiful here. I even like the dress and shoes. She's got some great legs and this outfit really shows them off.

Whitney's dress could have been interesting in a good way but the neckline totally ruined it. The hair style was a bad choice too.
