It will be interesting to see if Kristin tries to recapture the fame she wants had, or continue to live this more subdued and private life. Given the nature of celebrity these days, its more difficult for an ex-reality star ,like Kristin, to maintain media interest if she doesn't put her personal life out there. As for her career, she probably could have a solid B-list movie career. But I just don't see her making the transition to legitimate actress. Thoughts?

she might be interesting to you and other fans of lb, but to the general public Kristin is just another name on the long list of ex-reality stars. This is not hatin it's just a fact: her fame and popularity has waned. Yes, I commend her for trying to make it as an actress, but non of her film and tv roles has launched her career. Her greatest draw was her popularity on lb, but as that continues to fade so do her prospects of an acting career. Do I think she'll ever be a big movie star? No, but she could definitely have a solid career doing b-list movies (aka straight to DVD films) and bit guest appearances- kinda like what she's been doing these past years. But I suspect that's not the kind of career she wants for herself or thought she would have.
I honestly believe her best chance is on tv in ensemble cast geared towards teens- exactly like what stephen is doing with oth. whether or not those opportunities are still open to her is to be seen, but a role on any one of the cw shows, could generate some buzz and interest in her (acting) again. unfortunately, a lot of actors don't want careers in tv, they want to be movie stars.
i'm sure if kristin really wanted to be on the hills, she could have. she's over the MTV drama reality shows! she's just doing her thing and having a good time. she is far from boring, she's the most outgoing and i'm sure more opportunities will come her way!

I think she'd do well as say an MTV vj or maybe some kind of entertainment reporter. I think the girl has got a lot of charisma, but I don't know that she's suited for acting or has any real talent there.
But she is getting some jobs so what do I know. I know people say she hasn't been doing anything but she is a working actress and it seems like she's been doing quite a bit even if its small parts and/or bad movies. Think about how many former reality stars are out there and what they're doing now - I think just about every single real worlder from the last five or so years is in Hollywood trying to make it. So all things considered, I think she's doing pretty well.
I do wish she'd get a vocal coach though. For some reason I didn't mind her voice on LB, but it really grates now.
she should come out with her own sex tape i think thats the only way people would pay any sort of attention to her. or at least make up the rumors of a sex tape lol
but she tried the hosting thing with her short lived show - Get this Party Started- and she was horrid on it: always looking at the cue cards, and speaking in her annoying valley girl accent. But then again that was a couple of years ago and things could have changed.
