Just how famous have Lauren Conrad and her Hills pals gotten?
Tour buses stop in front of their $2.3 million, three-bedroom Hollywood Hills home "between 15 and 20 times a day — with speakers!" she said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday.
"Now they've started letting them out of the bus in front of our house!" Conrad, 22, went on. "If we're about to leave and someone yells 'Star Tours,' you hit the ground. If you go down, they can't see you."
The Los Angeles Times recently reported that residents on Conrad's block between Sunset and Hollywood boulevards are outraged by the ongoing filming of the MTV show.
But Conrad says that is not their beef.
"They're complaining about the tour buses ... and the paparazzi," she said. "They're both things that we cannot help."
She said the neighbors "can be awful" to her and roomies, who include Lauren "Lo" Bosworth and Audrina Patridge.
"I've never been screamed at!" Conrad gasped.
Still, she said, "I sympathize with my neighbors — I wouldn't want to deal with that, either. We're also victims of that — we don't want to deal with that.
"They should be complaining to the city."
The neighbors may not stay angry for too long: Conrad said the new season of The Hills, starting Aug. 18 on MTV, will likely be its last.
"I would love to finish out the show and continue doing fashion," she said.
Would Conrad (who will play herself on an upcoming episode of ABC Family's Greek) ever pursue acting?
"I'm not good at acting — I'm not going to pretend to be," she said.
She added, "I'd love to get involved in production. I would love to be on the other side."
