Moving vans were seen outside of the L.A. home and boxes were dropped off on Thursday.
Patridge's decision comes after weeks of awkward tension between her, Conrad and Lo Bosworth.
Last week, the on-again, off-again friends both took blame during a heart-to-heart.
"All I want is for you to be my friend again," a teary-eyed Conrad told Patridge.
"OK, then let's do it," Patridge replied.
The pair have a history of drama since becoming friendly on the first season of The Hills.
"Audrina has to remind me that she's not someone who's going to betray me," Conrad told Us in March.
Adding fuel to the drama? Patridge's feud with Conrad's BFF and housemate Bosworth, whom Patridge once called "super bitchy."
As Bosworth told Us last month, "Audrina and I know we're never gonna be best friends. She and I don't have personalities that go together very well."
Last season, Patridge toyed with moving out, going so far as to check out apartments with beau Justin Bobby.
