They had Pacific Coast News take the photos so they could split the profits with the photographer. You can see Pacific Coast listed on all the sites this photo is published. They are profiting from their 'charity' work. They continue to lie to the public.
they are serving food and they dont have to wear hair nets (like all the other people in the background serving) ... these 2 are total douchbags .. only photo ops are what they do.
I think it's very kind and generous of them to atleast consider giving back to the community and those in need. Photo op or not, they are making some sort of a difference.
Finally these poor, hungry people (the recipients of the charity - NOT Heidi and Spencer) get to eat a meal and it'll be laced with Heidi's hair extensions!! The servers might not have to ear hair nets but if these two were actually scooping slop, the reps at the charity would make her tie her hair back so I HIGHLY DOUBT anymore food serving was done by these two fame whores after the pics were snapped.
