Heidi mom is faker than Heidi and Holly combined. She took staged pictures with Heidi and Spencer way back in March and April, how can she not know what was going on, give me a break. She even had dinner with Joe Francis, yes Girls Gone Wild Founder Joe Francis, Spencer, Heidi and Holly. She should stop that nonsense. She annoys me more than Holly TBH, she is such a famewhore.

She had a huge fight with Tony Disanto and Adam (the producers) before S4 started. The producers told her she had to because she signed a contract and has to honor it. She felt Heidi and Spencer were ruining the show with their fake drama which is true. The producers are in a tough spot right now. They think Whitney's' show will be the Next Newport, basically they think it won't work out. They are thinking of a way to separate Lauren from the rest of the cast, so that might lead to another show which will be different from The Hills. Lauren has told them she is selling her house, so they definitely know she doesn't want to do the hills anymore.
Lauren's so called mustache isn't really hair. It's from taking birth control and being in the sun. Sun/tanning beds and birth control pills do not always mix well. Makes the upper lip darker. Just wanted to clear that up.
Yeah I noticed her upper lip too, but I don't thnk its actually hair on her upper lip...someone would have told her that it's got to go...hopefully. But yeah I was looking really hard to find hair...but it just seems like its a pigment thing.
9:27, yes, that can cause an upper lip to look darker but if you look at enlarged recent pictures of lauren at events, you can CLEARLY see that that is indeed hair on her upper lip and not just discloloration.

I have never had any problems with my upper lip and just this past summer, after being in the sun I would have dark pigmentation show up on my upper lip. No matter how much sunscreen I slather on, it still appears, but bleaching creams do help reduce it - I'm surprised she hasn't done anything about it yet that's noticeable.
Well I liked Stephanie and thought she looked really pretty in this episode.
What I didn't like was what a total biotch Lauren was being. I think this is the episode that finally made me really dislike her. She acts as if the world revolves around her and when something happens she acts all innocent. I mean, what kind of normal friend would sit there twiddling their thumbs while Brody was making Stephanie cry. Even Whitney was appalled and at least was shocked and said something in Steph's defense. A guy should never gang up on a girl! And what did Lauren do? She changes the subject! "Can you give me a ride home?" And makes a joke out of it! It wasn't funny to me. I just can't believe she sat there making jokes while she KNOWS she's the only reason Brody is doing what he's doing and she knows that she's the only person who can reel him in. But no, she acts innocent like it's got nothing to do with her and all she wants to do is disappear. That's freaking pathetic and mean to me. Also, she's being wayyyy too possessive over an ex-fling. My guess is that Lauren and Doug dated for like a month in high school and then maybe a month more recently. I tend to believe Doug when he says it was a fling as Lauren seems to blow these relationships out of proportion. High school sweethearts? I just kind of doubt it.

I think stephanie and doug clicked when they were in vegas, became friends on their own apart from lauren and decided to hang out together which is what you do when you make a new friend. maybe stephanie should have told lauren-- hey this doug guy's pretty cool and he's nice to me, do you mind if we hang out? but then again lauren was out of the country too so that created a problem.hmm. anyway its probably all fake drama for the show.
I don't think Lauren would have felt so betrayed if Stephanie and Doug just friggin had the dam balls to not ask.. but TELL her.. hey we're kinda interested in each other.. they were making things ridiculously worse because they were lying and hiding shit.

unfortunately i think we are all working on misconsumptions. we're watching bits and pieces of people's lives that are more than likely staged. we dont know how far back lauren goes with doug and according to spencer, stephanie knows how to make herself cry. not only that but brody and spencer were friends before the show and knows the family so he knows things about stephanie we obviously dont and doesnt want to put up with her crap, i'm not condoning him for "making" her cry but i think there's back stories that we're missing.
we cant look too far into anything, i know i'm just enjoying the show...minus heidi and spencer.
To the person that's rambling on about doug and stephanie being a " couple" do you really believe doug was really interested in stephanie? Seriously he was just using her for more hills screen time after lauren dumped him. If he really liked her he wouldn't of called her names to his friends.
Doug was only trying to extend his 15 minutes of fame he does not like stephanie don't you see him running around with holly now? who is next on his list whitney? Audrina? Maybe lo? All these guys just hookup with these girls just to be on the hills that's how spencer and brody came aboard this show trying to be famous.
Poor delusional stephanie she probably really believed that doug liked her. Damn season 1&2 were the best seasons before it got so fake.

tell us more please! I'm ready for the hills to go into it's next phase. I would love to see a show with just lauren revolving around her fashion line. I do think Lauren needs to go back to opening up more but i'm not sure she ever will. i think she's totally over sharing her dating life w/ all of us. I think Doug was a made up story for the drama and it also divereted attention away from the real people she's been spotted out with like kyle chandler (for a while there it was Stephen coletti too)
I don’t understand the “ex” thing. Ex-what? Usually I think of ex being a ex-boyfriend or husband. But Lauren never called Brody or Doug her boyfriend, so what are they? Ex-guys-I-used-to-date? How stupid is that.
My guess is that Lauren and Doug dated for like a month in high school and then maybe a month more recently. I tend to believe Doug when he says it was a fling as Lauren seems to blow these relationships out of proportion. High school sweethearts? I just kind of doubt it.
Stephanie’s been acting shady no doubt. But IMO its due to this lying and fake crying. I don’t know that she needed to wait for Lauren to get back from Italy to go on a date with Doug because remember he’s not an ex-boyfriend, he’s an ex-guy-I-use-to-date which is stupid. Plus that’s one date – who knows if they were going to want to go out on another one.
But it was stupid to lie to Lauren. I just don’t get why Lauren was so pissed in the first place - it didn’t seem like they ever got that close anyway. She was so gleeful when she dumped him I don’t see why she couldn’t just suck it up and be happy for them.
it only got fake becuase of heidi and spencer thats why lauren almost didnt do the 4th season becuase they reherse their breakfast.
