Oh, she’s definitely drunk…people don’t act like that when they’re buzzed, at least if they have some experience drinking (which I'm pretty sure she does). I mean, she’s not vomiting or anything, but it’s still obvious at first glance she’s been drinking which IMO equals drunk.
At least she’s a happy drunk though…she seems like she’d be fun to party with.

I think she was just bored waiting for her friend to get back in the cab...and had a good buzz going too. But definitely not drunk off her ass or wasted or anything. Just having a good time :)

I'm even more willing to give Kristin a pass since she's not trying to formulate this "classy" image that's so different from all the other Hollywood starlets. As long as she doesn't start talking about how she's not like them and she's not driving drunk, I don't really care.
