Lauren Conrad talks “Girlmances”

"The Hills" Lauren Conrad has spilled her "girlmance" secrets.

Conrad, who talked to Extra host Mario Lopez about the rumors that her popular MTV show is scripted, responded, “No, I’ve never gotten a script, but people always think it’s scripted. Unfortunately, I have to take credit for all the words that come out of my mouth.”

About rekindling her relationship with Holly, Heidi Montag’s sister, and whether it might lead to her and Heidi becoming closer, Conrad declared, “No, I don’t think so. She [Holly] was a really good friend of mine when she lived here.”

Conrad was asked for dating advice, and she responded, “Don’t do it on TV! I think just have fun with it.”

Even Conrad’s friend Brody Jenner asked a question about the qualities Conrad looks for in a true “girlmance.” Conrad declared, “I think that loyalty and honesty are really important to me and someone you can have fun with no matter what you are doing.”

Conrad is a fledgling design and got the sweet gig to design dresses for the Emmy® trophy presenters and present an award herself.

She offered fans a few clues in regard to her red carpet attire saying, “My dress is long and flowy. I want more of a Grecian look, so I will do it [hair] back and kind of messed and put some braids in the hair.”
