This show is SO FAKE!!! I love The Hills but COME ON. In that preview, Heidi is getting her 'fake' job back? Please. And we all know Lauren has a boyfriend. So why does it try andportray her like she is interested in that guy model?!

OMG at Spencer! How can Heidi not see that EVERYONE thinks he's a douche. Her boss thinks it, her mom thinks it, her sister thinks it. EVERYONE sees it except her! Spencer is a f-in idiot and Heidi needs to wake the f up and dump his ass!
I love Whitney bid this episode doesn't bode well for 'The City' Whitney just seems like shes trying way too hard and it comes off as contrived and fake. I do hope I'm wrong tho and that her show wnds up suprises me! fingers crossed.
mtv was trying to build whitney's storylines up for the city, and it's not looking good... boring! was that aussie guy the one we see on the city? i thought alex was a better guy personally. what brent said to heidi about spencer and keeping bad company was bang on. however, brent's gotta know what he's getting into when hiring heidi
Why do the editors of this show assume we are stupid? Men's fashion week took place sometime in July and the "Ultimate Party" at Kress took place in the end of October. I don't understand why they just can't edit the show in chronological order; there is more than enough material to work with.
^ I think it's gotten to the point where Lauren doesn't really give a S@#T anymore, she show gets lots of ratings when LC is yelling at someone on her couch, or doing something really childish. Maybe she is over that, you know, you grow up and your priorities change. I also have a feeling she isn't filming more like she used to, she has a boyfriend now, you rarely see Lauren going to clubs now. The show has run it's course, it's time for something new.

I couldn’t care less about Alex. He and Whitney went out once while she was in NYC and it didn’t seem like they kept in contact since, so why should she owe him anything? In what weird alternate universe is she his “girl”? Just because you go on one date with someone doesn’t mean you have to coddle them so their feelings don’t get hurt. He looked so stupid and pathetic.
I kind of stopped paying attention when fake Heidi was trying to get her fake job back after being fake fired. Is she really getting her job back in the next episode? I assumed this was all done so that Bolthouse and her could finally break ties, but apparently it’s just another dumb attempt at a storyline.
And Lauren – stop sticking your tongue between your teeth! She did it like 7 times this episode. It’s about as cute and attractive as listening to her when she talks in her stupid baby voice.
And sticking her tongue between her teeth is about all she did. I hope the fact that Lauren’s been pretty much MIA in these episodes means the show’s over. I can’t believe Holly moves in on the previews. Didn’t everyone predict that it’d be Holly or Stephanie once Audrina was out? This show has always been a little stupid and predictable, but maybe I’m just losing my patience? IDK– it seems like it’s just gotten way worse. I’m trying to figure out when the jumping the shark moment was.

I agree that Lauren has moved on and I can't really blame her. She has her own life. She's much more famous then she was when the show first started so it's not the same anymore. All good things must come to an end. And, it's best to end it while you are still on top, which she somewhat is. But, if she doesn't get out soon this whole show is going to be run into the ground.

rather than the contrived drama mtv makes, i'd rather watch lauren and the girls just being normal and funny. like the extras they always show--that's the stuff i find entertaining. they should really show more of that.

I've always loved Whitney, but she was mean to Alex in this episode, ignoring him and not even saying bye. Alex is better than that other guy.

Whow i actually really liked this epsidode - much more interesting with the Whitney thing going on. I look forward to The City.

I think it was a good episode, and if you noticed, minus all of the Speidi segments, we just saw a preview of The City.
yep. The City. They showed Whitney in NYC, her bf (well it's obvious) Jay, Jay's roommate Adam (the Buckler model), Adam's gf Allie.
and soon we're about to see Olivia (her work friend) and Erin (her "long-lost" friend).
