The MTV reality star was all wrapped up in a winter coat and scarf, also donning some sexy lace leggings as she hailed a taxi outside of the Carlos Miele store.
Meanwhile, Whitney took to her blog earlier today in hopes of getting a little much-needed help in planning her sister’s bachelorette party.
She writes: “So my older sister Ashley is getting married in April and I am the maid of honor!!! I’m so excited and flattered to have been given such an important role in this, but I have only been to one wedding in my life and have absolutely no idea what I am doing!!!
Does anyone have any special bachelorette party tips for me??? Any suggestions at all would be SO greatly appreciated—I need all the help I can get! LOL.

^I agree. I'm not a New Yorker, but I went to LA for the first time this past November and I just wasn't very impressed. I found it to be a bunch of sprawl with little character for a major city. Great weather and beautiful beaches though (CA is beautiful in general).
