Shamelessly self-promoting, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted out and about in West Hollywood yesterday (August 13), carrying around a copy of Heidi’s new issue of Playboy magazine.
The “Hills” couple both spotted their usual perma-grin as the shutterbugs snapped up plenty of pics while they grabbed a frozen treat at Angelina Frozen Yogurt & Smoothies.

As for her interview in the men’s magazine, Heidi is said to have let it all come out when answering the questions posed to her by “interviewer” Pratt.
When asked about her sex life, Ms. Montag explained, “You know, I was never very sexual before I met you, Spencer. I knew what sex was, but when I met you I entered into a whole new realm of understanding, from fantasy to love. Or to experience a day with 20 or 30 orgasms. Before you, sex was just something that happened. Now it’s something I look forward to every minute of the day.”
