There's rarely a dull moment when you're living in The Hills - especially when it comes to guys. CG! got Lauren Conrad, Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, and Whitney Port to share the lessons they've learned about the often confusing world of dating.
QuestionWhat's your idea of romance?
AnswerHeidi: Romance is more in the company you keep. You could have the most romantic date in the world just going to the supermarket.
Lauren: I love deep conversations where you really feel in touch with the person. It's really romantic when you feel like you're connecting - I love that chemistry.
QuestionWhat's the worst date you've ever been on?
AnswerLauren: Once, my friend wanted to meet a guy at the fair--and he brought a friend for me. He was very forward and touchy. I literally had to ask him to step away!
Audrina: This guy could not hang out with me unless he was drunk. He was like, "You make me nervous, so I drank while I drove here." I was like, "You are crazy! You cannot do that!"
Whitney: On a blind date, this guy drove me an hour away just to go to Chipotle for dinner. Then he got a scary movie - and I hate scary movies! Finally, he wouldn't take me home because he claimed he had a spare tire on his car and didn't want to take a chance of driving that far of a distance back on it, so someone had to come pick me up!
QuestionWhat do you do if he doesn't call for a second date?
AnswerLauren: You shrug - his loss. If a guy wants to go on a second date with you, he will call.
Whitney: You just move on to the next guy. Not everyone is made for each other. But if you feel like you had a great connection and you're going to regret not talking to him, then definitely call.
Heidi: You do not call him - ever!
QuestionBlind dates - yes or no?
AnswerAudrina: Yes, it's fun! I like the adrenaline rush that you get beforehand with the butterflies. "How's it going to be? Who's he going to be? What is he going to look like?" It's exciting!
Whitney: Yes! There's no harm in them. But I wouldn't recommend meeting someone on the Internet - knowing the background would definitely be important.
Heidi: No. I don't think I'd ever go on a blind date. There is nothing worse in the world than being on a bad date - I'd rather sit at home and polish my shoes all night!

^ Her dresses are really cute I just wish she was comfortable enough with herself to lose the extensions for good. Fake hair doesn't make anyone look better.
^ Same here. I think she would be so cute if she grew her hair out a little bit. To me, the extensions just dont represent the real Kristin.
^ I'm surprised you haven't called me or lanie fat yet.
^ I'm surprised you haven't called me or lanie fat yet.
Didn't you call someone fat and ugly a few weeks ago because they didnt' like Kristin? And that was a sane thing to say? LOL Ok. We must be on different sites here because no lauren fan has ever said she always is perfect. . . you are delusioned if you honestly think that.
^ Great to see you act so mature! I misspelled a word. I'm over it. You should be too.
Katie: Good post, you are about the only mature person on this site. Kudos to you!
And b-red Lauren fans can not post their thoughts about Kristin witout being called "fat" "old" "ugly" or being told that they will never get laid. That's a bit of a double standard you have there. yes Lauren fans can get very argumentive but I have never ever (i have been visiting this board for a long time) seen a Lauren fan call a kristin fan Fat or Ugly simply because they disagree. So if you want to make cult references, you are using the wrong group of people.
yeah, what parse said a few weeks ago was totally out of line... and obviously left a bad impression on some people.
the problem is, I don't think the people you ended up lashing out at were the same ones who initially insulted you.
regardless, when someone acts like a jerk, responding in kind doesn't make you any better than them.
I have to agree with glamourprincess, she didn't start the insults in that exchange. I don't read every comment on here, so I don't know about your other assertions, but in that particular thread, your responses to her were out of line.
take it with a grain of salt if you want, but I don't appreciate having to read petty, immature insults from *anyone*, no matter which side they're on.
The name calling was very uncalled for. Calling someone fat, old, or ugly for their opinion is immature. I have gone through the posts so I know who started it all. Please don't do it again or I might have to start monitoring comments. Thanks.
I'm sorry. You're special :) lol
"Really I've never seen you have a problem with it before it concerned your "team"."
of course, I'd barely been on here until the last week or two... think maybe that has something to do with it?
"You shouldn't have started personally attacking people and expected it not to get back to you."
again, she didn't start it. how are you not understanding that?
^ Who are you talking to b-red?
** actually issues that pertain to namecalling DO affect everyone that comes here. When you have to file through 30 pages of name calling to post a comment it does have something to do with whoever is reading it.
.... if you want to talk about people bringing up old problems and refusing to let them die you must be referring (sp?) to Kristin fans always bringing up Laurens past. You do it all the time. And it's sad that you dont actually read the comments on here, nobody has ever called lauren an angelic princess. why do you think everyone thinks of lauren as perfect, or a princess??
I'd much rather read someone sticking up for whats right, than someone making a lauren hate post calling her a slut because she hung out with Brody and bringing up laurens past, Anyday!
you people make me sick to my stomach.
