Just three weeks after her breast augmentation and rhinoplasty, Heidi Montag, 20, turned heads with beau Spencer Pratt April 22 on a Malibu beach.
"She looked awesome!" says an onlooker. "She seemed really happy."
Sources tell Us Weekly that Beverly Hills-based doc Frank Ryan did both surgeries. Montag always wanted C-cups, a pal tells Us.
"Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do," says Montag.
Though Montag has not confirmed she had surgery, she does admit she has plenty of reasons to be in good spirits.
"I'm in a great place in my life right now," she tells Us.
Pratt adds: "I would never tell her what to do with her body."

She didn't go too big with the boobs, and I think her nose looks way better, but she was pretty before
She looked so much better before. These days she looks old and dried out.
She should have done something about her chin not her nose.
I never thought there was a problem ewith her nose.
I thought she'd fix her chin if anything.

They can shave it down, to actually make is smaller.
she looked 10 times better before, now she looks like a porn star. ew!
the smaller nose just makes her chin look even bigger by comparison.
but I can't stand her, so I'm not exactly objective.
With that tiny nose her jaw looks bigger than ever. Kinda like Quagmire or Rocky from the Mask.

okay honestly, Heidi is NOTHING without LC and the Hills. she's just lucky to be one of her friends moving to L.A. the shit that Spencer says when Heidi isn't looking is pathetic. I'd respect Heidi more if she dumped that loser. Jordan looks good compared to spencer. like who the hell is he anyways?

Nothing says classy like a boob job. And an unbalanced nose to chin ratio really makes it worse. Her face is catching up to her personality!

I never noticed her chin before. Her nose kinda reminds me of Michael Jackson's, especially in that first shot. She wasnt the most attractive girl imo but she had a unique look to her. It's sad that in the two bikini shots the one before surgery looks way better and her boobs were the right size for her frame. But if that makes her happy.....then whatever.
