WOW I really don't like Heidi now. What a rotten person she turned out to be--keeping LC out of clubs. She sucks big time. It makes me wonder was she ever truly her friend. We've seen Lauren out at clubs. We saw her at the Young Hot Hollywood party, where the disgusting duo was not in attendance. Lauren has been out and about. Whether Heidi and Spencer are good together is one issue. Being mature enough to accept your best friend's new budding relationship is what Lauren owed Heidi. As for the ultimatum, even though you don't actually say 'pick him or me', but you create such a tense situation that it's so awkward to even just hang out with each other is in all practicality an ultimatum. Which I think is what Lauren did. I mean for God's sake she would sit on the couch feeling sorry for herself cuz Heidi is out with Spencer. She took the whining on a whole new level.
I think it was a big deal. When you stay at an apartment with your best friends 2 times in a whole month that is a problem. I see that Heidi is in love but there is a problem when you abandon everybody else in your life for one person. Especially when that person is Spencer. I think Lauren had the right to be angry.
Actually it seemed more like Spencer was giving the ultimatum to Heidi if anything at all. Remember when he told her to get out of his car because she didn't want to move in with him. He kept pressuring her to move in with him and when it was obvious that she wasn't ready, he kept at it. If you really love someone then you will accept their decision and not continue to pressure.

I was never a huge heidi fan but I totally can't stand her now. Lauren did nothing wrong.
