Saturday, May 12, 2007 || Wahler Charged in Seattle Assault Case
Jason Wahler, one of the stars of MTV's "Laguna Beach," has been charged with several misdemeanor counts stemming from his April arrest in Seattle.Prosecutors have charged Wahler, who was 20 at the time he was arrested, with three misdemeanor counts of assault, criminal trespass and a minor exhibiting effects of alcohol. Cops say a "very intoxicated" Wahler was involved in a fight at a Seattle hotel. When police responded to the call, they found Wahler passed out in a hallway. As officers tried to take him into custody, they say the "Beach" alum lashed out, calling the arresting officer "a nig**r, a fag**t, and a poor f**k." According to the police report, Wahler told officers he was "rich" and would "have [the officer's] ass." A "belligerent and hostile" Wahler also allegedly told the officer "Come down to L.A. County and get your ass kicked!"
The Seattle City Attorney is asking that Wahler serve ten days in jail, pay a $4500 fine and enroll in a chemical dependency treatment program. Wahler will face a judge sometime in June.
Wahler's troubles, however, don't end there; he was supposed to have checked into an L.A. County jail last week to serve a 60-day sentence stemming from another assault case from 2006. But, as People reported yesterday, Wahler is in rehab, which is delaying his time behind bars.
Wahler's coast-to-coast crime spree began in NYC last August, when cops busted him for cocaine possession and other charges. In that case he pleaded to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to five days of community service.

I miss Jason and Lauren. They were so adorable together. I know he has problems, but I don't think they were that bad.

jason cheated on lauren once and he was sorry he made a mistake everyone makes mistakes but other than that him and lauren were good together she kept him out of trouble now look she breaks up with him and now he is being arrested left and right they should have stayed together he really loved her and would do anything for her
You thought she and Jason were good together?!?! He was a user and disrespected Lauren a lot and made her look like a fool. Look at Kristin, she always finds guys who know how to treat her well. She doesn't settle for just anyone.

I liked Jason too initially but please don't blame HIS problems on their break-up. Jason was a mess way BEFORE he ever dated Lauren. Part of the reason he wasn't around for Laguna season 1 was he was in rehab for coke- now remember this is during his junior year in HIGH SCHOOL!!
umm what about Nick Lachey? I'm not trying to dis Kristen. I'm trying to make the point that we ALL have relationships that don't work for whatever reason. And sometimes we have blinders on too. just saying...
I don't think Kristin ever admitted dating Matt or Nick. It was never even confirmed she and Matt went out, moreso who dumped who. Same with Nick. Here we go with the exagerations again just to throw dirt at Kristin. So lame.
relax, no one's throwing dirt. I was trying to illustrate a point. I'm not sure what the deal was with Nick but she did indeed date Matt and he did indeed dump her. Love and heartbreak happen to all of us. I think Kristin is great and personally she got the better end of the deal - she's w/ nick zano who's waaaay hotter than nick and matt put together ;))
Matt didn't dump Kristin. He said in an interview once that she kinda ended things because she wanted to focus on high school. As for Nick Lachey, I don't think she would have dated him. I think she may have used him for publicity but he's not very attractive and most guys that she dates are smoking HOT. Kristin makes really great decisions in relationships whereas Lauren does not. Lauren always ends up the hurt party which is really sad. She should stop letting guys use her and gain some confidence before she starts dating again.
My sister dated matt and yes he did dump Kristin.
Heard it myself from the horses mouth. Again, no reflection on her. I think she's GRRRRRRREAT! And please stop hating on Lauren, they're both beautiful in their own ways.
