BFFs no more, Lauren and Heidi have gone their separate ways -- all because of Heidi's two-timing boyfriend, Spencer. Ever since Heidi ran off to play house with Spencer, Lauren and Heidi haven't spoken at all. Now Lauren lives with Audrina, and Heidi thinks she'll be able to deal with the separation from her best friend Lauren. But when Spencer wants to take their relationship to the next level, who will Heidi turn to for advice? It's going to be tough not having a best friend to lean on in The Hills.


With Heidi now shacking up with Spencer, Lauren decides that she's totally sick of being single! And now she's more determined than ever to find Mr. Right. But with her ever-increasing responsibilities at Teen Vogue, a new living situation and an ex-boyfriend back in her life, how will she ever find him?


Now that Whitney has finally graduated from college, she is dealing with the stress of her first real job and being newly single. Meanwhile, Audrina is trying to handle her first real boyfriend, but hitting the town every night with her single roommate Lauren could get her newfound relationship off to a rocky start. If Audrina is partying all the time, she might not be sending her new beau the right message. Sigh. What's a girl to do? You've got to live it up while living in The Hills!


The older they get, the more pressure there is to grow up, settle down and find the right career path. But Lauren, Whitney, Audrina and Heidi still just want to live it up and take full advantage of being part of L.A.'s "in" crowd. Will The Hills girls be able to handle all the catfights and mounting pressures of becoming an adult while being pulled in so many directions? Is Hollywood big enough for a group of close friends who have been torn in two? And when their feud finally comes to a head, will Lauren and Heidi be able to hold it together?
