Erm, we all seem to be forgetting something... If Elodie is more qualified how come Brent gave the job to Heidi? We should be mad at him not Heidi! Don't get me wrong I'm not a Heidi fan but in this case she is entitled to go after a job whether she is qualified for it or not! The employer decides whether he wants to hire that person. 7:37- I believe you are mistaken. Elodie told Heidi she started the job 2 years ago and Heidi (not being able to count to 2)said "oh you started right before me?" And then Elodie had to tell her yet again, that she was there 1 year before Heidi. I agree that it is just as much Brett's fault as anyone's and the editing may have cut out a possible scene where Heidi may have told Elodie she was going to apply for the job. Elodie you are now my MTV heroine. She spoke softly and matter of factly but man if those words were a punch Heidi would have been on her ass and that dumb look she has on her face would have looked even dumber if that's possible.
I love the sober and clean Jason with Lauren. They have so much chemistry. Too bad he fell off the wagon again. It happens during recovery though so maybe he can pick back up.She obviously still loves him and I think that's why she can't date more than once. The boys and chemistry don't match or come close to that she shared with Jason.

But Heidi's been at Bolthouse for over a year, correct? She got the job in the beginning of season 1 after a week or so of school, so it would have to be at least 1 1/2 years (and very likely longer). If Elodie said that she'd been there two years, I can see where Heidi might think that she started right before her as its only a matter of a few months. So Elodie's either worked there more than 2 years or she was wrong about starting a year before Heidi.
Trust me, I hate to defend Heidi, but I think Elodie may be slightly wrong with the timeline.
