Just when you thought the drama between Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad was dying down on The Hills, Heidi ups the ante with her own clothing line just months after Lauren launched hers. At an event for clothing chain Anchor Blue in Los Angeles, Heidi confirmed her new project with the brand to PEOPLE, telling us “It’s going to be called Heidiwood, and I’m so excited I can’t even tell you!” But unlike Lauren’s line, where most pieces are over $100, Heidi is looking to “be very price-range oriented. I want all my fans to be able to buy it. I want to bring that fashionable clothing line down to a price range where people can actually afford it.” And what to expect of the line, which will launch next spring? ” I do want to do some cute spring dresses, some little flowy summer dresses. I just want it to be fun for girls.” But what we really want to know is how does Heidi expect her line to stack up against Lauren’s? Heidi tells PEOPLE that “[Lauren’s] is more of bows and a little girlier, and mine’s going to be more sexy and fun. I think they can both do well. They’re very different. Boo Heidi. Just another wannabe. you're only chance of finding success is to buddy back up to Lauren and have her guide you.
ot doing this to compete? yeah right. maybe the producers thought of this or heidi herself but publicity stunt is written all over!

at least heidi's collection is not gonna be too expensive. i mean, ok, lauren's is really good quality & stuff, but she should think of her fans too, & design some more affordable things!!!!!
So is she going to be a singer or a designer? She needs to be good at ONE thing first before she picks up another gig... Sadly, she's going to fail miserably with this one too. Why does she even bother?

I'm tired of everyone trying to come out with a dang clothes line. First it started with the rappers/singers and now "reality" people.
And is it just me or does this girl go after everything Lauren has. In the second season she mentions how she was jealous when lauren had an ear piece while working a party but now she has one too cuz she works the door of a club. Jason got Lauren a Chanel bag and now Heidi is constantly sporting them. Now she wants to have her own clothes line. I know they say mimickry/imitation is a form of flattery, or something like that, but this girl just tries too hard.

she needs to make cloths or what ever she need to do to keep them light on.on the last show she said they lights got cut off the why something happen to the fish when Spencer sister ask her about the fish.
