The title said this was after getting plastic surgery done they didn't say what she had done and she doesn't look any different to me.. What do you think?
that would explain why she looks "fresher". i thought she had some plastic surgery done to her face. the changes have been subtle over the years. i definitely think she had a nosejob sometime between 2005-2006. It's quite possible she has had other procedures since then.
It kind of looks like she had some work done to her nose, and her lips definitely look plumper...But that could just be that awesome lip-plumping lipstick. She looks great, though. But, she probably did go in to have tattoo removal...If she hadn't done it already.
gosh people are so dumb when they accused someone getting a plastic surgery because they look better than them and would never even come close looking like the celebrity they envy thats why they create this story about getting nose job!

I'm shocked! I am no Kristen fan in any shape or form but I have to give her credit here. She looks really cute for a change. No slutty look in these pictures, just fresh faced and pretty. It's about time.
she looks really pretty. I don't think she had any "work" done since her features look the same but her face does look super healthy. maybe she had some type of facial or changed her make-up. Her hair is also less yellow looking - always a plus ;)
She looks the same but different. I think she may have did her nose. In the second pic on the bottom she still has her NZ tattoo. Most of these young girls in "hollywood" get some form of surgery done when they dont need to.
Her nose got chopped off. Kinda funny that was my first thought before I even read the caption. Now I think she looks gorgeous. The nose job was all she needed!
She looks okay nothing special. If she did get a nose job that's fine with me. Now she needs to work on her fashion and her ugly hair. Her hair is plain, flat and limp. She lacks the beauty and fashion sense that Lauren embodies.

Personally, I don’t see what the big deal with a little plastic surgery is - most of us have things we’d like to change. I mean Lauren dyes her hair...it doesn’t mean she’s so pathetic and insecure and hates herself. I have no idea where I’d find the quote so don’t ask me for proof, but I swear I read some article where Lauren said she’d consider cosmetic surgery when she gets older. Lord knows Lauren’s mom has done her fair share.
Personally I wouldn’t do it, but really it’s because half the time people end up just looking worse and then they just keep doing more and more. But I have to say that Kristin looks good here, whether it’s because of plastic surgery or not. I still don’t like the hair though.
