The Hills star Lauren Conrad and a gal pal enjoys lunch at Lulu’s in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

What is up with those boots?!? I wish people in California would realize how stupid they look with furry (or feathery?) boots and a sleeveless top.
Speaking of the top, I do like the vest look, but I'm not sure I like this particular one. It does seem to make her look a little bigger than she is. I think the hair is cute.
I think those moccasin styled boots is what throws it off, or else it wouldnt be such a bad outfit. I probably dont have the best fashion sense though, I hardly ever match. :-)
Ah, they are moccasins! From the picture here I thought they were feathers or something, but I see it now in the pics above. Although I'm not sure that mocassin boots are any better (with this outfit anyway).
But I agree that's what's throwing off the outfit - if she would wear some heels or something she would look pretty cute. I'm not sure why she thought mocassins would go with menswear style.
