They’re tight. They’re toned. And they’re sharing their secrets for a smokin’ beach physique.
Don’t hate Audrina Patridge for being a fat-burning machine. Back in high school, doctors told her to guzzle milk to slow her metabolism. These days, the 23-year-old Hills star prefers Latin food and In-N-Out burgers—but watches her portions. “I order whatever I want when I’m out, but I don’t eat all of it,” she says. To maintain her bikini-ready curves, Patridge works up a sweat five hours a week, doing laps in her backyard pool, hiking in Runyon Canyon or boogying in dance class. “I go to the beach on the weekends and play volleyball,” she says. “Or I’ll go kayaking in Malibu. I like finding things to do outside. I hate being cooped up in the gym.” When she does go, Patridge focuses on toning and defining: after 15 minutes on the elliptical glider, she works her arms with 5-pound weights, keeps her belly flat by doing crunches on a balance ball and lifts her posterior with squats and lunges. Even at home she’s no couch potato: “When I’m sitting in front of the TV, I lift 5-pound weights or do squats,” she says. “And I wear heels when I vacuum because it works my calves and my butt.”

audrina is a skinny girl, but she definitely has cankles (no ankles) and it looks weird especially when she wears shorts. She seemingly has the perfect package and then you gaze down at her ankles and are like "wat!" Not to mention she's slightly bow legged. I would much rather have kristin's body- she has amazing legs, pretty face, and her boobs are natural.

A lot of the girls on camera look pretty and healthy, but when you see them in real life its a different story entirely. Though Audrina's body maybe banging on camera, I imagine she probably also looks desperately skinny and cartoonish in person- the ginormous breasts don't help either. I'm not saying Audrina is ugly or fat, but I personally don't find her or her body attractive. I much rather someone a little more natural and fresh faced like Whitney, Kristin, or even Lauren. When you take away all the trappinghs (ie. make-up, hair extensions, jewlery, clothes etc) these girls are by far the prettiest. Audrina just doesn't have that to me.

I actually think Audrina is prettier in person. I saw her in the airport a while back. She is tiny in the same way Kelly Ripa and Eva Longoria are tiny but she is in no way anorexic. Lauren is tiny in person too and they both look very different from how they photograph - both are actually much prettier.
I agree. Lauren looks a lot different in person. She's really pretty and tiny. But, she's also wearing a ton of makeup and knows how to do her hair perfectly. If we all knew the tricks we'd look great too.
