Did Heidi get more plastic surgery? I noticed in the pics from the MTV Movie Awards that her face didn't look as long as it normally does. Dare I say she even looked pretty.
for one she's smiling in these recent pics which helps. but a few things that popped out at me: she's definitly doing her eye brows differently, they're not as severe, she used to have that continually surprised look! Her cheeks and lips also look fuller. Her face isa still as long but the brows softened her a bit as did the other minor stuff she's prob been doing. She does need a new skin care regime because although she's looking slightly better, her skin is all bumpy.

and i take back my earlier assessment about her cheeks, my answer has changed to brows, collagen injections for her upper lip and a 2nd nose job. Can't believe i didn't notice it before but her nose no longer has that typical nose job look! she must have upgraded!
ps yes i'm bored, i have finals i'm suposed to be studying for but this is much more fun ;) lol
she still ugly to me in and out!! no matter how much she spends on plastic surgery.. shes a young girl and looks early 30s.. she needs to stop it with the surgeries she just aging herself even more..
i think is the fact she is smiling instead of giving us the porn trying to be sexy looks.. thats what making her look different that instead of porn face now she got fake smile instead.
Heidi looks great! I don't think she's gotten more plastic surgery. I think she just gained more weight. She was getting really thin for a while, which made her cheeks get sunken in and made her face look long. I hope she's eating more cuz she's looking better and better. Now if only she could get back the cute style she had in season 2!

She may have had work done on her chin.....it doesn't look as long and narrow as it did before.

She also copied Lauren with the whole Chanel bag thing a few years ago. Its sad.
I DONT THINK SHE HAS HAD MORE SURGERY ON HER NOSE THOUGH. it looks the same + no surgery on the chin. The lip injections are old news.
