I love how a girl who didn't go to college and works as a receptionist/fake agent at epic records, can afford a mercedes convertible that's over a $100,000. Perhaps instead of complaining and bitching over her situation with Lauren and Lo she can send Lauren a thank you card for picking her out of obscurity and turning an absolute nobody into an absolute nobody with a nice car.

Lauren is only one part of the show, whitney is her own person as is Audrina as is Heidi. And the "fame" for all of them will diminish once the series ends!
Yeah, Audrina was casted just like Lauren was so I don't know why she's indebted to her or anything. Let's face it, if Lauren wasn't pretty and born with a silver spoon in her mouth, she wouldn't be where she's at either.
And Lauren's been taking over 4 years to get her associate's degree and who knows how far along she is, not to mention she's also held two fake jobs. I don't think anyone on this show is a poster child for going to school and working hard for their rewards.

"Lauren's so classy, she doesn't get drunk and wasted" becomes "She should be allowed to drink and have fun because that's what normal 20 something year olds do!"
"Lauren has self-respect, she doesn't go hooking up with lots of guys" becomes " Lauren is just out having fun and being single!"
"Lauren is better than other reality stars because she actually goes to school and legitimately works hard to make it in her craft" becomes "well at least she's making lots of money!"
Not that I don't think she shouldn't be allowed to go out and have fun (she should), but the way people used to put her on some high pedestal and act like she was better than other people was silly.
I'm so with you 5:38. I actually like Lauren, but I think its funny how people act like she's so amazing and wonderful. Even though I like her, she's got her faults. I think she's a genuinely nice girl, but I don't think I knew anyone her age (or even a little younger) who was so vapid and shallow.
So she's not as skanky as Paris Hilton...um, congratulations? I mean, that's not exactly setting the bar real high.
