He’s one of the most notorious Reality TV stars out there, and today (August 14) Spencer Pratt is celebrating his 26th birthday!
Yesterday (August 13), Mr. Pratt was all smiles as he strolled around the shutterbugs, sporting a light blue button-up shirt with a black vest, black jeans, and black shoes.
The “Hills” dude dropped his wife Heidi Montag off for lunch with his sister Stephanie Pratt on La Cienega Boulevard.
Both ladies certainly looked to be enjoying each other’s company on their girls’ lunch, chatting and laughing all the while.
