Recently, OK!'s Katie Christopher sat down with The Hills star Audrina Partridge during the magazine's exclusive interview and fashion shoot.In these online-only excerpts, the 22-year-old beauty dishes to OK! on everything from her catty friendships with Heidi and Lauren to her relationship with on-again off-again boyfriend, Justin Bobby.
Your boyfriend's name is Justin Bobby. What gives?
The whole Justin Bobby thing is weird. His friends and his dad call him Bobby because his middle name is Robert. So that's the reason why. I told Lauren that and she told Lo and so they kind of turned it into this whole Justin Bobby joke. So he's not very happy with it!
Do you feel like LC is judging him?
Lauren is being a good friend but, you know, Lauren says exactly what is on her mind. She's very opinionated. I'll listen to her opinions but in the end, I'm still going to do what I want because I have to live my life. If I'm going to get hurt, I'm going to get hurt on my own. I can't listen to someone and then always have someone tell you what to do and then do it. In the future, you'll wonder what if I would have stayed, what would have happened?
Many people don't think Heidi treated Lauren well. What's your view?
This whole show is based on friends — friendships and relationships. It is almost too much. I think when Lauren was with Jason she was with him all the time too. I think in a way Lauren should have understood that Heidi was in love with this guy. Whenever I'm in a relationship, I try to balance my time. I balance my time with Justin and it is hard, but I do it. I really make the effort to do it. But I think Spencer kind of sucked Heidi in and Heidi fell for him way too fast. Like her dad said on the episode, once Heidi's with a guy, she forgets all of her friends.
Do you think living with LC has strengthened your friendship?
Yes, and I think to have a good friendship you need to have those arguments — not get in fights but arguments — to get to really know the person. You become closer because you go through it and you overcome it. You need to be able to get it all out and then forget about it and move on and laugh about later.
Is that the difference between her friendship with you and the friendship she used to have with Heidi?
When she and Heidi were friends, I wasn't really friends with Lauren, I was friends with Heidi. I rarely hung out with the two of them together. From what I saw, it looked like they were good friends and they really cared for each other but the whole boy thing got in the way. I think if they would have went about it in a different way, they could have made their friendship work. The way they went at it and let people influence them is what messed it up.

i love audrina and i'm not sure what are all of you upset about? the girl gave her honest opinion, you may not agree with her but give the girl props for keeping it real. Lauren and I grow distant during her relationship with Jason because as much as I like him as a person, I did not like their relationship or the person that Lauren was during it. We also grew apart because of distance but now that I am back in the same city as her, we are definately back on track with our friendship.

I can't say much right now because I have filmed a few times and am under contract but Jason and Lauren were and are very different people. They loved each other and they tried, it just didn't work. As for the rest of the question, I can't really answer that...yet. Just DON'T BELIEVE EXACTLY WHAT YOU SEE. The episode on Monday was like four nights rolled into one.

Did they hate each other? Yes. Do they still dislike each other? Yes. And no, it really wasn't that big of a love triangle. Stephen and Kristin were TOGETHER the whole time...even when he was hooking up with Lauren, he was WITH Kristin. He LOVED her....Lauren should never have gotten involved in that, I told her but sometimes girls just don't listen. But yeah, it was always KNOWN that he would choose Kristin so there wasn't much of a triangle there.

Lauren lost contact with a lot of friends while she was with Jason. It was pretty hurtful to Dieter because they were like BFF and it was kinda lame on her part to just drop her friends like she did. He said some hurtful things in a blog and she got upset, called him, and I guess they are working on their friendship? I don't know that it will ever be like it used to be though, in all honesty.

I love Heidi...always have. I don't really see how people "hate" her. She's so outgoing and hilarious and has been such a GOOD friend to Lauren for the past three years. I know editing apparantly makes her look bad but I just don't know how some viewers can't see past that. She really is an awesome girl and is so much fun. She has millions of friends, everyone loves her. She's just one of those people that you really want to be around.

Lauren is definately the type to do that. She pretty much gave up everything to be with Jason. It was really sad. Heidi's not really the type to do that, there's just been a wedge driven between her and her friends because of who she chooses to date.

I don't know that anyone "hates" Jason, he was just bad news when it came to Lauren. Jason was in and out of rehab throughout high school and was always a total player. Lauren let Jason completely take over her life while they were together and forgave him for lots of things that she shouldn't have. He actually lived with her and Heidi last year, they just didn't show that on The HIlls. Jason was actually arrested again over this past weekend while he was in North Carolina with Jordan, granted it was only for underage drinking but still... As for Heidi, I'm unsure why Lauren took that relationship so poorly. Heidi's obviously in love and wants to be with Spencer, that's her choice.

Do you think they'll ever do a Laguna Beach reunion type episode with Season 1 and 2. Just a little side note, What do you think of Jessica? So much drama all the time. The girl could have her own reality show centered around her.

I highly doubt that anyone would agree to a reunion show, half of these people hate each other now. I don't know that I would be a part of it, maybe? Jessica is one of the most naturally beautiful girls I have ever seen. She's got a lot of things to figure out but she's very genuine and probably one of the nicest girls you'd ever meet.

Yes, we are friends. I like Lauren very much. I feel as though I am just realistic about her and don't paint her as some perfect girl like MTV tries to.

I am indifferent towards Audrina.
Audrina is just BLEH. She doesn't have many layers and is kind of annoying a good part of the time. The sweet act kills me.
Heidi was a really really really good friend to Lauren during the whole Jason breakup last summer. She was a really good friend to Lauren throughout the whole relationship. I think Heidi only deserves the same from her, don't you?
I think people are desperate to believe the worst about Spencer and Heidi. I think they had nothing to do with any of it (the sex tape). And I like both girls, I just think that things are always edited in Lauren's favor and that's unfair.
Jason has a lot of demons but he's actually a pretty good person. He'd do anything for anybody. Lauren doesn't consider him a "retard" and neither do I. Hopefully he'll learn from his mistakes and move on and become a better person. Jason grew up without any real parental influences and a TON of money, that can lead anyone to have problems.
Jason has had a long history with cocaine and has been in and out of rehab for the past five years, I honestly hope that he succeeds in getting help this time.
I do not think that Heidi is naive nor do I think that Spencer brainwashed her. Lauren and Spencer both put Heidi in a bad situation and Heidi choose what made her happiest. Things aren't always as MTV makes them seem, that's what viewers need to realize. I am not a fan of the show

I'm also kind of glad she's standing up to Lauren about Justin. The whole Justin Bobby thing is funny but I can understand him being peeved about the situation. They're making fun of him and on national television, I probably wouldnt care about the girls either.
There is something about Audrina. She seems like she may be acting a part, she may not be as nice/sweet as she comes across. Then again people can say the same about Lauren. Lauren did say this season she was standing up for herself a lot more, so it may look like she's talking down to people but she may not be trying to.

As far as the whole Speidi thing goes and saying they're not as bad as they are portrayed on tv I would have totally agree with, but that would of been before interviews on the radios and everything. I'm not going to comment about the Lo myspace. What's real and what's fake. That's still a question with the whole show and the way they edit everything. Sure it's real when it happens but when they put together...I just dont know if it went down exactly how we see it.
It all still makes for great entertainment though.

I agree that making fun of stuff like that is something most people do with friends. I don't really hold it against them, but I can see why JB might not like them too much for it. I mean how many of us made fun of him for it as well? I kind of feel bad for him there.
I've always liked Lo on the show because she's fun, bubbly, and entertaining, but I don't think I'd like her much in real life. I've always thought she was kind of snotty to people who weren't her friends...she's got a definite mean girl streak to her. We usually don't see it because when she's on the show she's with her friends, but I've caught a few scenes here and there (on the Hills and LB).
I don't know how much better Lauren's gotten about her friends' boyfriends, but I will say that she does seem to be trying. Her facial expressions have kind of given her away, but she's been pretty good about not saying much.
I love Audrina, love Justin Bobby, love Lo. IA with those who say Lauren need some d*** in her life. Still love her.

The way she acts on the one episode I saw was so funny to me, talking shit on LC, all ready to settle down and marry I was like whoa….did I miss something, this is the same girl that does the one night stand thing like its her day job (trust me I know this personally….sadly haha) and now she’s getting married!?!? If that doesn’t scream bullshit I don’t know what does haha. Chicks so dumb it hurts. But beyond that I am super happy for Lauren at how successful it is and hope her line does really well, she’s got a lot of talent that’s for sure. "
