In an exclusive sneak peek, Conrad, 21, confronts her former BFF Montag, 21, at a Beverly Hills Declare Yourself event, about allegedly spreading those nasty sex tape rumors.
"You think it's OK for someone to say those things about people, and go on and think it's funny?" Conrad demands, as pals Audrina Patridge and Whitney Port stare on in silence.
"I had nothing to do with you and anything that you've done with your ex-boyfriend!" Montag fires back, never denying involvement.
"You can keep saying that and make yourself think you're a good person, but you're a bad person!" Conrad seethes.

Woah, you are a sucky person.
That is so staged. MTV never follows them to any other events but the one time Lauren and Heidi go to the same event they follow them. And they just happen to have a confrontation. Oh well I still love the show even thought it's faker than a scripted drama.
I love how Heidi defends herself with not having any involvement regarding the sex tape, but still, she was going around laughing about it with the media and saying that LC deserved it. And she still thinks she's a good person???
WHAT..sorry I couldnt pay attention, I was too distracted my Heidis fake horseish nose.
I love that Heidi is still using that line "But I didn't do anything!" Remember she first said it in reference to Jen Bunny & Brody hooking up? She lied like a rug then and she's lying like one now. You'd think seeing herself on TV would be enough of a reality check to want to change for the better not for the worse. Blech!!
^IA!! And during the clip she never once denied that Spencer spread the rumors. All she keeps saying is that she didn't do anything. GUILTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
