Heidi looks good except I just can't get over her face - I don't even know that it looks bad, its just weird because its hard to see what she looked like before all the surgery. I can't even tell what she's done; I mean we all know about the nose and lips, but her eyes look really different, too. But regardless, I do like her outfit here.
Lauren looks adorable - love the dress! Lo looks cute and I agree that Whitney has a more Greenwich village look, kind of "bohemian". I don't know if I would wear these outfits, but I kind of like that she's a bit quirky. I think she has a beautiful face so at least if her outfit's bad she has that going for her. But I actually don't mind this outfit too much, even with the shoes.

K, Lo looks stupid. She looks like she's trying too hard to look Hot, by going for an Audrina-esque look and failing. She's too short and stumpy to pull it off and she doesn't have the same glow.
Lauren looks nice, but very safe and boring. As usual she's wearing a big flowy dress to hide her chub. I'm so tired of all her dresses and skirts being cinched at that one spot below her boobs (the smallest part of her waist) instead of down below like normal. She can't pull off a regular waist line because she's too chunky.
Heidi looks really put together as usual but also kind of strange because of the plastic surgery. Her outfit is nice but I feel like it's kind of out of sync with the times.
Whitney, I'm sorry to say, looks like PTW (aside from the shoes). She needs to change her look. maybe cut her hair, or gain some weight and try for some other kind of style.

I think she was looking a little rounder during the first season of the Hills (with greasy hair, too - not her best year lookswise), but I think after that she seemed to really tone up. I remember her bikini pictures last summer and maybe she's gained a bit since then, but she was really toned.
I personally think she's just a bit pear-shaped and that's where the fat comments come from. She may not have the best body, but she's got a pretty good body nonetheless and I do think she works hard on it.
